For fourteen years, Le Petit Célestin and its chef, Jaïss, have upheld the tradition of Parisian neighborhood bistros, with a warm, family atmosphere. It's a cherished spot, whispered from person to person, where you always return.
This summer, our Parisian institution is venturing out and embracing new horizons. Le Petit Célestin is setting up its summer residence in Saint-Tropez. The spirit of the place will remain intact: the decor may change, but the essence endures.

At the top of Kube Saint-Tropez, Le Petit Célestin Saint-Tropez envisions a summer dining experience inspired by Parisian bistros and oriented towards the Mediterranean.
Here, you'll find the house's signature dishes, accompanied by whole fish depending on availability, seafood, and seasonal plates. A generous cuisine, to be savored at sunset, facing an exceptional panorama over the Bay of Saint-Tropez.
Trained at the Bristol and having worked with Chef Rodolphe Paquin, Jaïs champions a product-driven cuisine. He was keen to bring the spirit of Le Petit Célestin to the South, and it was quite naturally in Saint-Tropez that he chose to set up shop.
Precise cooking, refined sauces, and dishes that focus on the essentials. Artichokes and oyster mushrooms, sea bass ceviche, pea gazpacho with candied lemon, grilled ribeye, or whole fish baked in a salt crust – Parisian signatures meet Mediterranean flavors here.
